Aguardiente de orujo (white)

This aguardiente proceeds from the best bagasse of the winery. The grape varieties Hondarrabi zuri and Hondarrabi beltza and the artisanal distillation in copper alembics give rise to this aguardiente which stands out for its aromas.

 

Herbs liquor

It is made with a traditional selection of herbs with a drying and macerated process to extract the best scents. After that, the herbs are taken out and the alcoholic strength is diluted. The sweetness wraps the result of this maceration.
