These wines exclusively come from the "Palomino" grape for the production of Fino, Oloroso, Amontillado and Palo Cortado, and "Pedro Ximénez" to winemaking the same name.  In coupage (blend) of grape "Palomino" and grape "Pedro Ximenez" for the "Cream" wine and for the original and unique "Amoroso (Medium)" wine of El Maestro Sierra.

The manual process of elaboration, the perfect humidity that remains in the walls of the cellar and the way in which the wine aging is performed, results in a unique and exceptional wine, personal and recognized throughout the world.

With all these features, the winery has won universal prestige, and was awarded in 2011 as one of the top 100 wineries in the world by the prestigious magazine "Wine & Spirits".

                  

It is an antiquarian wine. In exceptional cases, craft becomes art.

Qualified as V.O.R.S. (Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum) by the Council of the Designation of Origin Jerez-Xeres-Sherry wines are wines with a certified age of at least 30 years. In the case of "Oloroso 1/14 V.O.R.S." his aging is about 50 years and in the "Oloroso Extraviejo 1/7 V.O.R.S." reaches age 80. If "Oloroso V.O.R.S." 50 years boasts stunning organoleptic qualities, in the case of "Oloroso 1/7" wine with an age of 80 years, the feeling is almost indescribable.

All are 100% varietal Palomino, except Pedro Ximénez wine, that it is 100% varietal Pedro Ximénez.
